The short version
No accounts. No ads. No analytics. No tracking. Bindery Bench does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal, project, document, or usage data.
Information Bindery Bench collects
None. Bindery Bench does not require an account and does not include analytics, advertising, tracking, crash-reporting, or third-party software development kits that collect information. The app has no developer-operated server or cloud service and makes no automatic network communication.
What stays on your device
Case measurements, material choices, signature and duplex settings, sewing plans, workshop checklist status, price and waste inputs, preferences, and saved project names are stored in Bindery Bench’s private local storage on your iPhone or iPad. This information is used only to provide app features and is not uploaded to Ekky Ekky LLC.
You can delete individual projects in the app. Removing Bindery Bench deletes its locally stored data, subject to device backup and restore behavior independently managed by Apple and your operating-system settings. Ekky Ekky LLC cannot access those backups.
PDF files
Bindery Bench accesses a PDF only after you select it through Apple’s Files picker. Its pages are processed on device. The original document is not added to a saved project or transmitted to Ekky Ekky LLC.
Imposed documents, duplex tests, and sewing templates are written only after you choose a location through Apple’s file exporter. A cloud-backed Files provider may download or upload a file under the provider’s terms and device settings you control. Bindery Bench does not choose the provider or receive the file.
Network and cloud services
Bindery Bench does not make its own network requests and does not operate an account, synchronization, or cloud-storage service. Depending on your settings, iOS or iPadOS may include local app data in an encrypted iCloud or computer backup. Apple or the computer owner controls those backups; Ekky Ekky LLC cannot access them.
Permissions and third parties
Bindery Bench does not need access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or tracking identifier for its core features. It includes no third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, login, or cloud-storage services.
App Store transactions
Apple processes the App Store purchase and may process device backups under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices. Bindery Bench and Ekky Ekky LLC do not receive your payment credentials or gain access to your device backup.
Support correspondence
If you email support, you provide your email address, message, and any attachment you choose to Ekky Ekky LLC and the email providers used to deliver it. That information is used only to answer your request, kept only as long as reasonably needed for support and recordkeeping, and is not sold or used for advertising.
You may ask us to delete a support conversation by emailing the same support address, subject to any limited legal retention requirement. Please do not send confidential or copyrighted PDF files.
Children’s privacy
Bindery Bench is a general-purpose craft utility. Because it does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else.
Changes to this policy
If Bindery Bench’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the changed behavior is released. The effective date at the top of this page will also be revised.
