This policy covers Tap for a pixel version 1.0 for iPhone, provided by Ekky Ekky LLC. The separate Ekky Ekky LLC website privacy notice describes this website, its hosting, and optional support correspondence.

Your privacy

Tap for a pixel has no in-app account. Gameplay, equipment, settings, the offline score, and the information needed to space out ads stay on the device. Players may optionally use Apple Game Center for global score submission and rankings. Google Mobile Ads and its consent service use networking for non-personalized ads, measurement, and diagnostics; ads remain off unless the player's consent status permits them.

If a player enables Game Center, Apple processes the player's Game Center identity and score to provide global rankings. Google may process coarse location, device identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, crash data, performance data, and diagnostic data for consent, non-personalized ad delivery, measurement, and reliability. The app does not request permission to track players across other companies' apps or websites, and it does not enable personalized ads.

Information processed by advertising services

Depending on device, region, consent state, and ad availability, Google services may process coarse location, device identifiers, advertising data, product interactions, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic data. These categories may be used for third-party advertising, developer advertising, analytics, app functionality, fraud prevention, and service reliability. Coarse location, device identifiers, advertising data, and product interactions may be linked to a user by the provider; crash, performance, and other diagnostic data are declared as not linked to a user. The app declares that none of these categories are used for tracking.

Information stored on the device

Tap for a pixel stores the current run, ship status, upgrades, boss coins, equipment, scores, settings, and the information needed to space out ads on the device. The app also checks Apple's purchase status so Remove Ads remains active after it is bought or restored. Local gameplay information is used to continue the game and remember settings; it is not uploaded to a Ekky Ekky LLC gameplay server.

Advertising and diagnostics

A non-personalized interstitial may appear after defeat when the equipment shop closes, once 15 minutes have passed since launch and the previous ad, or after every third defeat. Showing an ad restarts both counts. Google may process ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver, measure, secure, and improve its service. Ekky Ekky LLC may receive aggregated advertising and performance reports. The app has no separate developer analytics or crash-reporting service.

Permissions and protected resources

The app requests no access to location, contacts, calendars, camera, photo library, microphone, speech recognition, Bluetooth, motion, local network, notifications, or tracking. Music, sound, and haptics use normal system playback and feedback facilities without recording input.

Accounts and authentication

The app has no Ekky Ekky LLC account creation or login. Players may optionally authenticate through Apple Game Center. Apple processes their Game Center identity and submitted high score for global all-time and weekly rankings. The app displays ranking information when requested; it does not upload this information to a developer-operated server. Core play and the device score fallback remain available without Game Center.

Third parties and network services

The app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform. Google provides consent, advertising, measurement, fraud-prevention, and diagnostic services under Google's privacy policy. Apple provides optional Game Center rankings, App Store distribution, and StoreKit purchasing under Apple's privacy policy. The app has no developer-operated gameplay server, cloud database, social service, or account system. Opening Support or Privacy uses the browser selected by the user, whose practices then apply.

Sharing and sale

Ekky Ekky LLC does not sell app-local gameplay information. The app sends advertising-service data to Google as described above; under some laws, advertising-related disclosure can be treated as sharing or targeted-advertising activity even when personalized ads and ATT-protected tracking are disabled. The app has no user-directed gameplay export or sharing workflow.

Retention, deletion, backups, and sync

Local game records remain on the device until Settings → Reset Game is confirmed or the app is removed. Reset Game does not cancel a Remove Ads purchase or erase scores already submitted to Game Center. The app provides no account backup, developer cloud sync, cross-device gameplay sync, or export service. Apple-managed backups may include app data according to the user's settings. Apple, Google, and email providers retain information under their own policies; Ekky Ekky LLC cannot directly erase provider records or Apple-managed backups.

App Store download and purchase

Tap for a pixel is free to download, with no subscription. Apple processes the optional USD 4.99 non-consumable Remove Ads purchase, transaction history, restoration, refunds, and payment details. The app receives the product and purchase status needed to display the local price, complete the purchase, restore ownership, and suppress ads. Ekky Ekky LLC does not receive payment-card details.

Your choices

Where required, Settings shows Privacy Choices and can reopen Google's consent form. Refusing consent or encountering an unavailable ad never blocks the next run. Buying Remove Ads stops future interstitial ads; it is not a request to delete information already held by a provider. Reset Game erases local gameplay state; removing the app removes its local data, subject to Apple-managed backups. Because there is no Ekky Ekky LLC account, the developer cannot remotely access, correct, export, or delete local gameplay records. See the privacy choices guide.

Children

Tap for a pixel is a general-audience arcade game and is not offered as a Kids Category app. It does not ask for a birth date or create a child profile. A parent or guardian should use device, App Store, consent, and purchase controls appropriate for the player. App Store age information also reflects frequent stylized spaceship weapon fire and cartoon or fantasy ship destruction.

Security

Local information is protected by Apple's app sandbox and the device's operating-system protections. Keeping iOS current and using a device passcode can help protect locally stored progress. No security measure is perfect.

International processing

Google, Apple, hosting providers, and email providers may process information in countries where they or their service providers operate, subject to their policies and applicable safeguards. App-local gameplay information is not sent to a Ekky Ekky LLC gameplay server.

Support correspondence

If you email mannykin333@gmail.com, the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send are used to answer the request and retain reasonably necessary support records. You may request deletion of a support conversation, subject to limited legal or recordkeeping obligations. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or other sensitive information.

Changes

This policy will be updated before a material change to Tap for a pixel data practices is released.
