Saved progress
Records, daily-challenge results, Story Mode / Traffic Log progress, vehicle discoveries, unlocks, and settings are stored on your device. Ekky Ekky LLC does not receive these local records or provide a gameplay account or cloud-sync service.
Device backups may include this data. Pending leaderboard scores are stored until submitted; daily entries may expire. On Android, pending scores and their player identifier are excluded from backup and device transfer.
Optional leaderboards
On iPhone, Apple Game Center handles Standard, One Life, and Daily Traffic / Daily Challenge rankings. On Android, Google Play Games handles Standard, One Life, and supported daily-challenge rankings. The two services have separate rankings. Gameplay and local records remain available without signing in.
Ranked scores are sent to the provider and linked to your game profile. Leaderboards show provider-managed display names, ranks, and scores. The app uses game-specific player identifiers to identify entries and keep pending scores associated with the correct player. Google's service may also process gamer identity, usage analytics, and diagnostics.
Apple and Google control profile visibility and retain the data under their own policies. Ekky Ekky does not host the rankings, receive your account password, or request your contacts or friends list. See Game Center privacy and Play Games data handling.
Optional purchases
Apple processes the optional permanent Ad-Free Play purchase, confirms ownership, and handles payment, restoration, and refunds. Ekky Ekky does not receive your payment details or Apple Account credentials. Family Sharing is not enabled.
On Android, Google Play processes the separate permanent Ad-Free purchase, payment, restoration, and refunds. The app checks and acknowledges ownership with Google Play and keeps a signed purchase receipt on the device so the benefit can work offline. This receipt is excluded from Android backup and device transfer. Ekky Ekky does not receive your payment details or Google Account password, and does not store receipts on its own server.
Optional ads
Standard mode offers one optional Google rewarded ad per run for an extra life. You can always end the run instead. Ads may be loaded in advance, so Google may process data even if you do not watch an ad. Core gameplay works offline.
Google Mobile Ads and participating advertising providers may process IP addresses and approximate location, device and advertising identifiers, ad views and rewards, app interactions, crash reports, performance data, and diagnostics. These support ad delivery, frequency limits, reward verification, measurement, security, fraud prevention, and service reliability.
iPhone: ads are non-personalized, use Google's restricted-data setting, and have its general content rating. The app does not request Apple's tracking permission or show Google consent forms. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing. Ad loading stops once Apple confirms Ad-Free Play; it can resume if Apple refunds or revokes the purchase.
Android: Google shows any required regional consent or privacy message before ads load. Ad selection and personalization follow the resulting choices. Where available, reopen the message through Settings → Privacy Choices. Skipping an ad does not prevent data processing from ad loading. Confirmed Ad-Free ownership stops ads from loading and showing; refunds or revocations can remove that benefit.

Sharing and permissions
Apple and Google process the information needed for their services; advertising providers may process ad-related data under their own policies. Ekky Ekky does not sell player profiles or receive local gameplay records. Store downloads are handled by Apple or Google.
The game does not request your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location. Android uses internet, network, vibration, billing, and advertising-related permissions.
Keeping and deleting data
Local progress remains until changed or deleted. Removing the app, or clearing its storage on Android, removes local data; device backups may retain or restore it. Ekky Ekky cannot access, correct, export, or erase those records remotely.
Deleting the app does not delete provider-held scores, advertising records, purchases, or backups, or cancel a pending store purchase. Apple and Google control retention and deletion of their records. Follow the privacy choices and deletion instructions to manage them separately.
Support and privacy requests
If you email us, we use your address, message, and any details you provide to help you. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for support, security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations. Request access, correction, or deletion at nicklaus@ekkyekky.com. Verification may be required; rights and exceptions depend on your location. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.
Children
Tiny Traffic Circle is not a child-directed service and does not ask for a birth date. Apple applies its child-account and parental controls. Parents can decline optional ads. Contact us if a child has sent personal information in a support message.
Security and processing locations
Device records use operating-system protections. Data sent to Apple and Google uses their security controls; Play Games data is encrypted in transit. No storage or transmission is completely secure. These providers, advertising partners, email, hosting, and font services may process data in countries where they operate.
This website and policy updates
Railway hosts these pages and Google Fonts supplies the fonts. They may receive technical request information. The website privacy notice covers this separately; these pages contain no advertising SDK.
