Your Pace Privacy

Data collection

Your Pace does not collect, sell, or share personal app content. It does not transmit check-ins, thoughts, routines, tasks, or preferences. It includes no advertising, analytics, tracking, social, or generative-AI services.

On your device

Capacity choices, routine checkmarks, removed suggestions, custom routine steps, active and completed focus tasks, saved and custom thoughts, downloaded sound packs, and preferences are stored in app-private storage. An optional Reset ending alarm is scheduled through the device's alarm or notification system; its content is not sent to the developer.

Optional downloads and permissions

On iOS 26 or later, you can request a longer music or nature pack delivered through Apple-Hosted Background Assets. Apple may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver that file under its own privacy terms; Ekky Ekky LLC does not receive that information. Once downloaded, audio plays locally. Longer downloads are unavailable on iOS 17 through iOS 25, while starter audio remains available offline. Ending alarms may request system alarm or notification authorization. Sound, downloads, and alarms are optional.

Backups and deletion

There is no Your Pace account or app-operated cloud sync. iCloud or computer backups may contain app data according to your device settings. You can remove local data or sound packs in Settings, or remove the app. Backups are controlled by Apple or the computer owner, not Ekky Ekky LLC.

Purchases

Apple handles the paid download and any billing or refund request. Ekky Ekky LLC does not receive your payment-card details through the app.

Children

Your Pace does not knowingly collect personal app data from anyone, including children.

Support and this website

If you contact Ekky Ekky LLC, we use your message and attachments to answer your request. Please do not send sensitive personal content. The company website privacy policy covers visits to this website separately from use of the app.

Changes and contact

If a future release changes these practices, the policy and relevant App Store disclosures will be updated. Contact the studio with privacy questions.
